Quality is the concern and responsibility of each and every employee at SoftDEL. Quality initiatives are selected and propagated by the top management, which also chairs and leads the drive. The emphasis laid on adherence to documented engineering processes and methodologies leads to quality products and deliverables. For ensuring undiluted attention to quality, a separate "Process and Quality" function, works very closely with the development team and provides quality related inputs on an on-going basis.

We believe that "Quality is all encompassing" and hence our quality system covers the support functions as well.

Since our inception, we have laid special emphasis on incorporating the best industry practices into our software development, delivery and other processes thereby achieving:

  • Continuous process improvements.
  • Reduction in post delivery defects.
  • Compliance to schedules.

The effort has been further facilitated by implementation of proven Quality Management practices on a sustained basis. The objective of Quality Management is to develop and maintain a usable set of process assets that improve process performance across SoftDEL projects and provide a basis for cumulative, long-term benefits to SoftDEL. Towards this end, Quality Management has developed and maintains SoftDEL’s standard processes along with related process assets, such as descriptions of engineering life cycles, process tailoring guidelines and criteria, and a library of process-related documentation.
